Our corporate volunteering events are flexible and designed to accommodate teams across different time zones. What are the typical tasks the callers need support with? + Tasks include reading labels, navigating unfamiliar places, troubleshooting tech issues, and assisting with daily activities. How long can events be? + Events can range from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on your organization's needs. What if we can’t answer all incoming calls? + If your team is unavailable to answer a call, it will be automatically redirected to the next available volunteer in the network.
