Available through the Service Directory via subscription, Service Connect combines the power of Service AI – with its context-specific image-to-text interpreter – with visual connection of service calls to service-center agents via a one-way video and two-way audio call. Service Connect allows the service agent to see through the lens of the user’s mobile device, via a dedicated Agent App. The Agent and manager App can be used standalone, from a browser, or integrated into major call-center and CX platforms.
